You're part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions.\nThe Role:\nWe are a looking for a Service Engineer to make an impact!\nWhat will you do?\nSupport serviceable Schneider equipment including but not limited to: electrical switchgear, protection relays, PLCs, HMIs, Gateway, Servers, Communication, Networking in ENMCS & IMCS environment.\nProperly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.\nDevelop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.\nResearch, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.\nAssist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.\nWhen at customer site, look for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team\nAs Technical support level 2, solve technical issues arise by other field service rep\nEscalate to other technical support level within the company when needed\nCan investigate remotely the origin of the breakdown and submit fixes (in a service bureau for example)\nSupport Consulting Expert, Project Engineer and IOT Integration Digital Execution in all business and operational issues to ensure perfect Business Delivery and Performance.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nDegree in Electrical & Communication Engineering with at least 3 years in services onsite environment.\nPossess experience to troubleshoot protection relays, switchgears and power system products like low and medium voltage, transformers 33kV\nPossess project implementation, testing & commissioning experience is a must\nENMCS & IMCS system knowledge is an added advantage\nKnowledge in PLC,HMI & SCADA knowledge is an added advantage.\nStrong communication & writing skills.\nAble to communicate in the local dialects. \nAble to work 90% time onsite.\nWhat’s in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\n…and more!\nReady to launch your technical service career?
