Furthermore, the role main responsibility is centered around securing robust costing inputs associated with a transparent risk profile, coming from both external and internal suppliers in the tendering phase.\nIn the execution phase the role is responsible for securing that the governance of contract negotiation, award, supplier qualification and supplier performance is followed with close coordination of SC country Leaders.\nRole Responsibilities:\nWork in coordination with Country Procurement Leader to build a Solution Purchasing set-up for each large tender, leveraging a mutualized pool of Solution Purchasing & Supply Chain resources. \nManaging procurement for large tenders with the aim to secure robustness and competitiveness throughout the different stages of the opportunity. (RFQ, Negotiations, Audit and qualification, Contract management, Value Engineering, pricing database, risk management). \nTendering work packages related to installation, commissioning, electrical works, electrical equipment and transportation.\nRepresent procurement and supply chain in the tender gates and established governance, with a key focus of making the risk profile and exposure transparent, accurate and up to date.\nBe responsible for awarding the internal and external supplier content within the agreed budget derived in the tenderingstage.\nEnsure Purchasing improvement action plans & initiatives are issued, developed, tracked and reported on monthly basis. \nEnsure performance improvement and recovery plans are developed, issued, tracked and reported in an efficient way. \nWhat's in it for me?\nUniversity degree (Supply chain / Engineering / Commerce)\nMaster degree in Supply Chain or MBA is a plus\nFluent in English\nArabic is a plus\nFrench is a plus\n+10 years in purchasing / procurement / sourcing environments : EPC experience and/or execution in equipment or large projects\nExcellent analytical and communication with high impact\nSignificant negotiation experience and is skilled in contract management\nself-driven and able to work under pressure \nProcess Improvement and value chain analysis\nHaving faced difficult /complex operational challenges\nIn-depth knowledge of solution business in term of value chain, trends, and key success factors\nStrong team builder/team developer of multi cultural teams in complex environment and to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity\nAbility to communicate effectively difficult and/or complex ideas by listening and proper information toward both external and internal stakeholders\nAbility to simplify, dare to disrupt.\nLead with Agility being a role model facing stressful issues while performing in handling wide range of situations in parallel \n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
