You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.\nWhat will you do?\nDesign and develop BMS control strategies, system architectures, graphics, reports, and application software for building automation projects.\nConfigure and program BMS controllers, supervisory systems, and field devices.\nPerform system integration with HVAC, electrical, lighting, security, metering, and third-party systems.\nConduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and system commissioning activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve BMS software, hardware, networking, and communication issues.\nSupport project execution teams in engineering design reviews, implementation, and site deployment.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including control schematics, point schedules, network architecture drawings, and operation manuals.\nOptimize system performance through analytics, trend analysis, and energy efficiency improvements.\nProvide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.\nEnsure project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements.\nComply with company safety, cybersecurity, and quality management procedures.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives involving smart building technologies, IoT devices, cloud connectivity, and connected services.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), or Smart Building projects.\nExperience in engineering, programming, commissioning, or application development of BMS solutions and experienceworking with HVAC controls, energy management systems, and field instrumentation\nStrong customer-facing and project coordination experiences,BMS platforms and building automation technologies.\nExperience with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX, OPC, MQTT, and other industry communication protocols and good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation controls.\nKnowledge of electrical systems, power monitoring, and energy management applications.\nFamiliarity with databases, SQL, dashboards, and reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, switches, routers, VLANs, and cybersecurity practices.\nExperience with cloud-connected building platforms and IoT technologies is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation and related solutions is preferred.\nProgramming and scripting capabilities.\nUnderstanding of smart building technologies, digital twins, AI-driven analytics, and sustainability solutions.\nKnowledge of BIM, CAD, and building design workflows.\nFamiliarity with LEED, Green Mark, SmartScore, WiredScore, or other sustainability frameworks.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nSelf-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and passion for smart buildings and digital transformation\n What's in it for me?\nDirect customer impact through meaningful technical work in the field\nMentorship and structured support to build your technical skills and confidence\nCareer growth opportunities within a global leader in energy management and automation\nExposure to diverse industries and innovative technologies\nReady to launch your technical service career?
