You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.\nWhat will you do?\nThis position is accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipments for Cooling systems of Schneider Electric.\nServices Engineer will maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the shop and on site.\nServices Engineer will share and provide technical instruction and guidance to new and less experienced Field Service Engineer.\nServices Engineer will perform warranty and recall work. Test circuits and equipment utilizing various tools and machines such as computers, software, workstations, circuit diagram, etc. Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct issues.\nServices Engineer must be available to: respond to emergency calls and for intervention (24/7), maintain service equipment, tools and documentation, and identify sales opportunities.\nAny intervention will have to be prepared and performed in total respect of safety guidelines (prevention plan, protection equipment …)\nWhat are the key skills we are looking for?\nActive Listening - intermediate level; understanding customer concerns and translating them into effective service actions\nCustomer Orientation - intermediate level; building trust through responsive, reliable technical support\nProblem Solving - developing level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely solutions\nResilience - intermediate level; staying focused and effective under pressure in dynamic field environments\nSafety Standards - intermediate level; ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and regulatory requirements\nMaintenance and Repair - developing level; performing hands-on corrective and preventive maintenance tasks\nTechnical Documentation - developing level; accurately recording service activities and system configurations\nTime Management - developing level; prioritizing tasks to meet customer commitments and service schedule\n What's in it for me?\nEducation: University degrees - (HVAC/Thermal/Mechanical/Electrical..)
