This role provides presales technical leadership, develops reference architectures, and ensures the integrity and value of customized solutions. You should have a solid understanding of business finance.\nCore Responsibilities:\nPre-Sales technical trusted advisor on complex architectures, systems and products\nAnticipate and understand customer needs and build full technical value proposition, to help drive key customer outcomes. Leading customers focused on in-depth technical knowledge of cross-BU SE offers.\nPartner with sales and quotations team on technical elements of RFI/RFP to build service proposals.\nDrives continuous improvement through collab with services excellence.\nProvides feedback on offer management and the evolution of offers.\nAttend sales engagements as necessary.\nValidates technical integrity of quotation.\nLead alignment of customized solution against field execution leaders (PSM, FSM)\nAdvise strategic and named accounts to develop customer strategy.\nEducate customer on technical aspects of offer via L&Ls, participation in thought leadership & Industry conferences.\nPerform customer site walks.\nInterface with Customer technical teams\nAct as coach to internal Sales fighting team.\nResponsible for the creation of reference architectures and Segment Solution requirements\nMentor to Inside and System Architects\n Required Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in field operations/ industry and sales within the Electrical Industry\nElectrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred from an accredited institution (relevant work experience will be considered but may require additional electrical theory and safety training upon hire)\nGood understanding of Schneider Electric Portfolios including APC, Square D, ASCO, Digital and Software offering preferred.\nDemonstrated proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven decision-making.\nAbility to travel (50%+) as required.\nIncentive structure aligned to Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) \nAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
