Your work will deliver reliable, efficient applications that streamline processes and improve productivity across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.\nArchitect and design complete software solutions from A to Z, including the choice of programming languages, databases, frameworks, and cloud platforms.\nDesign scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nImplement application features based on requirements, working alongside team members to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.\nConduct and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and quality.\nTest, deploy, and release solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality.\nLead or support handover meetings, ensuring customers and support teams are fully equipped to use and maintain the delivered solution.\nDeliver sprint outputs on time, applying Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and continuous value.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational priorities.\nCreate and maintain documentation for application design, functionality, and processes.\nAct as a technical problem-solver, proposing optimizations and enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nFollow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.\n Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.\nStrong software engineering expertise, with the ability to design complete software solutions, including programming languages, databases, and system architecture.\nHands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how work flows in software companies, from requirements and design through development, testing, release, and support.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, and iterative delivery).\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into logical technical solutions.\nExperience with version control, code reviews, and testing practices.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in multicultural, international teams.\nAbility to manage time, meet sprint deadlines, and work independently with general guidance.\nFluency in English is required.\nMotivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Schneider Electric, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where innovation thrives.
