Working closely with customers, consultants, utilities, and internal stakeholders, you will help define and promote best-in-class solutions based on Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure™ platform and power distribution portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop Technical Architectures and Solutions\nTranslate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, efficient, and low-risk electrical distribution architectures.\nDesign comprehensive Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) solutions for infrastructure, utility, grid, and data center applications.\nLeverage Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure™ architecture, software, and digital technologies to create differentiated customer value.\nDrive Technical Influence and Customer Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with customers' engineering and technical teams, consultants, utilities, and key industry stakeholders.\nInfluence specifications and project requirements during the early stages of project development.\nDevelop technical proposals and reference architectures aligned with customer objectives and industry best practices.\nPromote Schneider Electric's value proposition through innovative and sustainable energy solutions.\nSupport Business Growth\nPartner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and define winning technical strategies.\nIdentify emerging market trends, customer challenges, and new business opportunities.\nRepresent Schneider Electric at customer events, industry conferences, technical seminars, demonstrations, and workshops.\nSupport the introduction of new solutions and architectures tailored to the Infrastructure, Power & Grid, and Data Center markets.\nCollaborate Across the Organization\nLead technical qualification activities for offers, solutions, and reference architectures.\nWork closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leaders, Application Engineers, and segment experts across the organization.\nContribute to the continuous development of Schneider Electric's technical expertise and customer-facing solutions.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEssential Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.\nSolid experience in MV and LV electrical distribution systems and architectures.\nStrong understanding of power system design, protection, control, and energy distribution solutions.\nProven experience working with infrastructure, utility, grid, industrial, or data center power systems.\n Comprehensive knowledge of Swedish grid requirements, regulations, grid connection processes, and applicable standards is mandatory.\nAbility to engage confidently with customers, consultants, utilities, and technical decision-makers.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Data Center electrical infrastructure and critical power systems.\nKnowledge of digital power technologies, monitoring systems, SCADA, Energy Management Systems (EMS), or IoT-enabled solutions.\nFamiliarity with BIM, CAD, electrical design, planning, and calculation tools.\nInterest in digitalization, AI-driven solutions, and the future of smart electrical networks.\nWhy Schneider Electric?\nJoining Schneider Electric means becoming part of a global leader in energy management and automation.
