This role involves handling both intra-group (IG) and outside-group (OG) procurement activities, driving supply chain performance for service operations. He/ she ensures alignment with business strategies, mitigates supply chain risks, and delivers optimized purchasing solutions to enable profitable project and service growth.\nThis is a 1 year contract position. Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact!\nWhat will you do:\nManage sourcing and purchasing for Tender and Project Execution activities for both Intra group and Outside group procurement.\nDefine and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.\nOversee the complete procurement process from identifying business opportunities to sourcing from internal and external vendors, all the way through to execution.\nManage Supplier selection process for a specific project by analyzing continuously stakes, risks/opportunities and the constraints related to each project. Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levels.\nAssess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan. Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing \"back to back\" and \"If & When\" conditions versus Schneider Electric customer conditions. Contractual with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers.\nEnsure timely delivery of purchased goods and services with the best parameters of cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.\nLead strategic procurement and sourcing for network equipment, control panels, field devices, servers, workstations, software licenses, and installation services. Conduct supplier benchmarking and market analysis to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.\nReview vendor and subcontractor compliance against tender specifications, BOQs, datasheets, and RACI matrices to ensure full alignment with tender requirements.\nCoordinate with Tender Engineers, System Architects and Engineering Teams to resolve technical and commercial deviation\nNegotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment conditions, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements.\nPerform procurement risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for long lead-time items, single-source dependencies, inflation exposure, RMIs, foreign exchange fluctuations, resource availability, and capability constraints.\n What will make you successful:\nEducation:\nBachelor/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering and/or Supply Chain & Logistics (Preferred) \nProfessional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM, etc) is a plus\nExperience:\nMinimum 4 - 5 years in supply chain operations with focus in project procurement \nExperience in in Building/ Energy/ Power Management System or EPC Project-based supply chain environment is an advantage \nSkills:\nStrong presentation, communication & negotiation skills\nAbility to connect, influence & convince suppliers.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and complex organization\nAbility to work under tight tender and project timelines\nProven leadership skills in project contexts with a focus on business objectives \nChange management capabilities and process-dirven approach with a continuous improvement mindset \nWhat's in it for you:\nOpportunity to manage diverse procurement portfolios across multiple projects\nDevelopment of expertise in both strategic and operational procurement\nExposure to cross-functional teams and international business operations\nProfessional growth through hands-on experience with complex sourcing projects\nCollaborative environment fostering continuous learning and development\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
