The role serves as the technical lead for project execution and ensures successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe position combines technical expertise with project coordination, customer engagement, risk management, and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project and business objectives.\nThe role supports the delivery of mission-critical projects, including Data Centers, High-Tech Manufacturing Facilities, Commercial Buildings, and Critical Infrastructure projects across Korea and East Asia. It also provides a development pathway toward future Project Management, Technical Leadership, or Team Leadership roles within DEAC.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSystem Design & Engineering Leadership\nLead design, engineering, integration, testing and commissioning activities for BMS, EPMS, ECMS and Digital Energy solutions.\nDevelop system architecture, network topology, control strategies and engineering deliverables. (e.g. Functional Design Specifications, Point Schedules, Control Sequences, Equipment Schedules, Graphics Development, Database Generation, Commissioning Documentation, etc.)\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, Schneider standards and contractual obligations.\nSupport FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nOwn engineering execution throughout project lifecycle.\nCoordinate engineering activities among internal teams, partners and subcontractors.\nMonitor engineering progress and proactively address execution challenges.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, forecasting, resource coordination and execution reviews in close collaboration with Project Managers.\nTake ownership of small to medium-sized project scopes and progressively develop project management competencies.\nCustomer & Technical Leadership\nServe as primary technical interface with customers, consultants and contractors.\nLead technical clarification meetings and design reviews.\nPresent engineering solutions and obtain customer approvals.\nSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and commissioning activities.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and standardization.\nContinuous Improvement & Commercial Support\nIdentify technical risks and mitigation actions.\nIdentify opportunities for change orders, technical optimization and scope enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and project profitability.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and competency development within DEAC Korea.\n Qualifications & Skills\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or above in: Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering or Related Engineering Discipline\nExperience\n5-10 years of experience in BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC/DDC or Building Automation projects.\nProven track record leading engineering activities for medium to large-scale projects.\nExperience in Data Center, Critical Facility or Industrial Infrastructure projects is preferred.\n\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC and DDC systems.\nExperience in system architecture design, controls strategy development and system integration.\nFamiliarity with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure solutions is preferred.\nCommunication & Leadership Competencies\nStrong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to lead technical discussions and engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead project activities without formal authority.\nCommercial awareness and willingness to take on broader project and technical responsibilities.\nWhat's in it for me?\nLead meaningful projects that directly impact customer success and organizational performance\nWork with diverse teams across technologies and geographies in a collaborative environment\nGrow your career with opportunities to expand your expertise and leadership capabilities\nBe part of a team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement\nReady to drive project excellence?
