As datacenters become increasingly digitized-producing vast volumes of actionable data-this role drives the transformation of that data into value, supporting initiatives around resiliency, operational efficiency, sustainability, cybersecurity, and AI readiness.\nThis position serves as the technical and strategic advisor to the Secure Power team, helping define how Schneider Electric leverages data, software, and platform integrations to deliver a more efficient, resilient, and secure datacenter environment.\nWhat will you do:\nDigital Architecture & Data Strategy\nLead the understanding of all elements within the datacenter data landscape, including data sources, relationships, integration pathways, and value creation opportunities.\nIdentify and align the most appropriate Schneider Electric platforms and software to address customer needs and initiatives.\nSupport the evolution of integrated datacenter management solutions with a strong emphasis on AI enablement.\nTechnical Leadership & Evangelism\nServe as a thought leader, keynote speaker, and subject-matter expert for internal teams, partners, and customers.\nDevelop and communicate the SE Datacenter Digital narrative, including value propositions, architectural frameworks, and solution messaging.\nCustomer Engagement & Advocacy\nAct as a trusted architect for strategic customer engagements, large opportunities, and critical proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.\nRepresent customer needs and market trends to internal product and engineering teams.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as a liaison across Secure Power and other Schneider Electric business units to foster alignment on solution development, roadmap priorities, and integration strategies.\nPartner closely with business leaders to translate industry trends into actionable future offer development.\nSales & Organizational Support\nContribute to business and organizational strategy in collaboration with Software Team leadership.\nSupport sales enablement initiatives, including training, technical coaching, and development of solution-focused content.\nTravel Requirements: Approximately 30% travel is required to effectively support customer engagements, internal collaboration, and industry events.\nWhat will make you successful:\nProven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions\nDeep technical expertise across varying infrastructure requirements and system development\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions\nExperience in managing and implementing large-scale IT projects\nPrior Solution Architect experience\nMust have prior experience and expertise in Data Center operations, digital ecosystems, and software platform architecture\nStrong understanding of data models, integrations, and analytics\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity practices and AI-driven operations\nProven experience influencing cross-functional teams\nExceptional communication and presentation skills\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
