This position plays a critical role in supporting businessobjectivesthrough effective warehouse management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThis position supports First-shift schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.\nWhat Will You Do?\nLead daily warehouse operations, including receiving,putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.\nEnsure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.\nDrive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues,optimizingwarehouse layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and costobjectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operational execution.\nAnalyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.\nReports to\nWarehouse Manager\n What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, orlogisticsoperations, including leadership responsibilities.\n3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives while managing complex priorities.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nLet us learn about you! This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
