The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, providing advanced support with hands-on expertise for IoT including sensors, software, and connectivity, SCADA Application (EPO, EBO, PME), LV products (Power & Quality Meters ION) and Protection relays (Easergy, MicroLogic)\nMain responsibilities\nPre-Commissioning Activities:\nReview project documentation, including specifications, control drawings, I/O lists, and network architecture diagrams, collect cybersecurity requirements\nValidate installation and physical integrity of hardware components, including PLCs, RTUs, servers, network infrastructure, and firewalls, sensor pairing, custom model, firmware upgrade, gateway association to tenants, off-site testing and validation of Bill of Materials including modem & SIM card\nInstallation of new sensors (temperature, heat tag, humidity, pressure…), Panel Servers, concentrators, if necessary\nSystem Configuration:\nConfigure SCADA platforms (e.g., AVEVA, Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, GE iFIX) in accordance with project requirements\nEstablish and validate communication between PLCs/RTUs and the SCADA system\nDevelop and configure HMI interfaces, alarm management, event handling mechanisms, communications and connect digital devices (relays, sensors, SMD, …) to gateway\nIntegration Tasks:\nIntegrate SCADA systems with PLCs, RTUs, IoT gateways, and remote servers\nCommission the IT/IoT portion of the digital services with and Interface with third-party systems such as DCS, EMS, BMS, and FMCS,\nEnsure reliable and consistent data exchange across all integrated systems\nPerform loop checks to verify signal integrity and E2E communication between field instruments and SCADA system\nValidate the communication architecture for devices and gateways to retrieve and publish data for the assets up to the EAA Platform\n Requirements\nExternal client focused mindset with strong listening capability\nAccountable, self-motivated and proactive\nAbility to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment\nStrong health & safety mindset in total respect of safety guidelines\nCollaborative attitude with internal entities (Planning, Inside Sales, Technical Support …)\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions\nUse all digital tools designed for SE Service Representative\nWillingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time\nEducation and experience\nElectrotechnical education (preferably University degree)\nAdvanced in Automation, IT solutions and networks (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850, SNMP,SNTP, MQTT, REST, Profinet, Profibus…), digital systems integration, software Configuration\nKnowledge of LV and MV products (knowing Schneider Electric products is advantage)\nCapability to work alone, analyze technical challenges and propose resolutions\nHave excellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skills and capability to use measurements tolls\nMandatory: fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min)\nFlexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team player, Leadership skills\nGood Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Power system Cx software\nInformation about the selection process:\nIf you are interested in this position, please send us your CV in English.
