As part of the System Test Team, you will contribute to testSchneider Electric's PLC productsas a system, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and reliability standards before release. You will support testing activities across a diverse portfolio of products, collaborating with experienced engineers to execute test plans, analyze results, identifyissues, and contribute to continuous product improvement.\nThis role will providevaluable insight into how Schneider Electric verifies and validatescompetitive products, helping shape future innovations and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industrial automation technologies.\nWhat will you do:\nDevelop, program, and maintain automated test applications and scripts to validate product usability, reliability, performance, and interface functionality.\nExecute automated testing activities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, repeatability, and overall product quality.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects and performance issues, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nCollaborate closely with engineers, domain experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand product requirements and define effective testing strategies.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance test automation frameworks, streamline testing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and quality enhancement activities that support the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nKnowledge of industrial automation and software development, with hands-on experience or academic exposure to PLC programming (Ladder and Structured Text), Python, TestComplete, and JIRA.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.\nSelf-motivated and proactive learner with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly to new technologies, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.\nStrong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.\nWhat's in it for me:\nReal-world engineering experience on projects that make a difference\nMentorship and guidance from professionals who care about your success\nExposure to advanced tools, technologies, and industry best practices\nA collaborative culture that values curiosity, questions, and continuous learning\nA launchpad for building a rewarding technical career\nReady to turn your potential into expertise?
