We’re looking for a Senior .NET Core Engineer who’s excited about modern engineering practices - especially AI-augmented development - and wants to build scalable, high-quality systems on Azure.\nFor this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $135,000 - $160,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.\nThe compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company will accept applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and enhance SaaS applications used by global customers to track, analyze, and optimize energy and sustainability performance.\nDesign and develop .NET Core-based services, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.\nWork closely with architects and cross-functional teams to design clean, scalable solutions.\nUse AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) throughout the SDLC - from design and prototyping to code generation, testing, documentation, and refactoring.\nHelp shape best practices for AI-assisted engineering, including prompt techniques and quality controls.\nIntegrate and process sustainability-related data across various systems and services.\nBuild cloud-ready, resilient solutions using Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, App Insights, Data Factory, etc.).\nWrite maintainable, high-quality C# code and participate in code reviews.\nStay current with emerging tech - especially new AI tools - and help bring them into our workflow.\nOur Engineering Culture\nAI is part of the job.
