This role offers high visibility and the chance to make a real commercial impact.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Engineer (Electrical) with a strong background in Data Center projects to support the preparation, submission, and management of technical and commercial tenders. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems used in data centers, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, MV/LV infrastructure, and critical facility requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.\nPrepare technical and commercial proposals for Data Center and critical infrastructure projects.\nReview project scope and identify technical risks and opportunities.\nCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.\nPrepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.\nDevelop technical compliance statements and bid documentation.\nConduct technical evaluations of vendor offers and subcontractor proposals.\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and project specifications.\nSupport pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarifications.\nCoordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.\nPrepare value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.\nMaintain tender records and ensure submission deadlines are met.\n\n Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.\nExperience\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering.\nAt least 1 year of experience in Data Center projects.\nProven experience in critical power infrastructure and mission-critical facilities.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of: \nData Center electrical infrastructure.\nMedium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.\nUPS systems and battery solutions.\nSwitchgear and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).\nEnergy Management and Monitoring Systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.\nExperience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.\nFamiliarity with Data Center requirements.\nSoftware Skills\nMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nStrong negotiation and commercial awareness.\nTeam player with effective coordination skill\n\nReady to lead tenders that win?
