Prepares or works with the services department to attach services offer with CAPEX offer.\nManage tender risk analysis with SRM and SMEs.\nPresent the offer to SE mgmt for approval/validation.\nParticipate actively in customer negotiations and closing of the deal.\nTransfer project to execution team.\nTendering activities shall be executed in full compliance with Schneider Electric’s CPP (Customer Project Process), using the official tendering templates, tools, and established global best practices to ensure consistency, quality and governance adherence across all submissions.\nThe Tendering Manager will primarily support tendering activities for the Schneider Electric Cloud & Service Providers (C&SP) Segment, with a focus on complex data center - related projects across the region.\nThe tendering scope covers multi-Business Unit (multi-BU) opportunities, including integrated solutions involving Power Products, Power Systems, Secure Power, Services, and Digital Energy portfolios.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nCommercial aspects:\nNeed to be very business oriented. The only reason why we bid is to win!\nUnderstand Customer needs and translate them with the Opportunity Leader into a winning Tender Strategy.\nUnderstand how to sell added value with an EP&P project approach.\nPrepare commercial offer and executive summary showing SE value proposal.\nParticipate actively in customer negotiations.\nTender preparation:\nCommunicate Tender Strategy to all team participants (local/reginal/global) during Tender Kick-Off.\nCommunicate Bid schedule to his team and makes sure it's respected.\nAnimate his tender team in regular follow-up meeting to anticipate problems / elaborates alternative plans if needed.\nTranslate Target Prices to Target Costs with the Opportunity Leader. Works with, and challenges, his/her tender team not to exceed this amount building different scenario to reach it.\nLead Risk & Opportunity sessions with SMEs.\nLead cash curve scenario with finance for the offer submission and anticipating negotiations.\nPrepare Tender Review presentation with his/her team, captures comments from mgmt./SMEs and modifies the offer accordingly.\nSubmit tender approval as per official internal processes.\nIs responsible of submitting the complete offer in due time to customer.\nMaster main aspects of the offer: Technical Proposal, Purchasing topics, contractual aspects, schedule, risks, commercial environment, cashflow, etc. Is capable of quickly seeing the impact on these different aspects while negotiating.\n What's in it for you:\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree of Electrical engineering.\n+5 years of experience in tendering/bid/proposal positions.\nExcellent commend of English.\nProfessional user of Microsoft Office.\nPeople oriented with great communication skills.\nHas a strong commercial mindset.
