As a Transportation Coordinator, you will oversee inbound and outbound transportation activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, seamless shipment execution, and on-time delivery. Working closely with freight forwarders, brokers, transport providers, and customs authorities, you will play a key role in optimizing logistics performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nWhat will you do?\nOperation - Shipment Handling\nManage the import and export activities to ensure on time delivery\nLiaise with Broker, Freight Forwarder and Local Custom Department for smooth custom clearance of shipments\nAdherence to the shipping procedures to ensure compliance to the countries shipping rules and regulations and ISO standard\nAnnual Customs audit by Customs Authorities\nContributor of Tax Audit\nContributor of Certification Audit\nContributor of Project Solution and FS team SME\nSupplier Management\nManage and monitor the performance of freight forwarders, transporters and customs brokerage to ensure on time delivery of shipments\nOrigin (Factory/DC1) for the import delivery respecting incoterm (i.e FCA)\nEnsure billing accuracy of freight payment and import duties declaration\nConduct supplier performance review to ensure supplier adherence to the committed lead time\nWork jointly with freight forwarders on global/regional transport plan deployment to minimize transition difficulties during implementation\nManage Licenses related to import/trading\nVendor invoice management and improvement process, Forwarder and warehouse PO management\nImproving and maximizing productivity as per target for FTA Saving with join working with factory, DC1 and Regional Customs.\nLast Mile Delivery for dropship (TT4 to the site) for project solution\nCustomer Management\nLiaise with internal and external customers on transport matters to ensure smooth operation \nImprove service level by identifying optimization of processes and procedures\nCustomer knowledge sharing related to the transport\nReports\nTo compile shipping data for management reporting (ASR, FTA Saving, inbound transport cost) and flow formulating\nPerform analysis of transport cost and shipping tonnage in order to assist the inventory team in determining the best mode of transport (air/sea ratio)\nVendor KPI review (Forwarder and Customs Brokerage)\nReports related with Government regulation\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field\nMinimum 3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.\nProven experience managing the full customs, taxation, and certification audit cycle.\nCertified for PPJK is preferred but not required\nSolid understanding of shipping industry practices and customs procedures.\nKnowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes is an advantage.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nComputer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.\nGood knowledge of shipping and transportation management principles.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n What's in it for me?\nHigh-impact role where your operational expertise directly improves service quality and efficiency\nSupportive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development\nExposure to diverse logistics challenges that expand your skills and open career pathways\nFlexible work options designed to support your well-being and work-life balance\nBring your logistics talent to a team that's ready to welcome you - apply today!\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
