You're part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions.\nThe Role: UPS Solution Architect Engineer\nResponsible for designing, developing, and delivering reliable and efficient UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) solutions for mission-critical facilities, including Data Centers, Telecommunications, Industrial, and Commercial applications. The role supports customers, sales teams, and project teams by providing technical expertise, solution design, and proposal development.\nWhat will you do?\nDesign and develop UPS solutions based on customer requirements.\nPerform load calculations, capacity sizing, and system architecture design.\nDesign UPS systems including N, N+1, and 2N redundancy configurations.\nSelect and size batteries, static switches, and related power infrastructure.\nPrepare technical proposals, system drawings, and solution documentation.\nSupport pre-sales activities, customer meetings, and technical presentations.\nReview customer specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nProvide technical support during project implementation, testing, and commissioning.\nCoordinate with sales, engineering, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nStay updated on emerging UPS technologies, battery systems, and industry best practices.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in UPS systems, critical power infrastructure, or electrical power solutions.\nExperience in solution design, application engineering, or technical sales support is preferred.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong knowledge of UPS technologies and architecture.\nKnowledge of Lithium-ion and VRLA battery systems.\nUnderstanding of electrical power distribution systems.\nAbility to perform load analysis and battery autonomy calculations.\nFamiliarity with power quality, system reliability, and redundancy concepts.\nUnderstanding of data center and mission-critical infrastructure is an advantage.\nStandards & Compliance\nKnowledge of IEC, IEEE, and relevant electrical standards.\nFamiliarity with Uptime Institute or TIA-942 standards is preferred.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and presentation abilities.\nCustomer-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nIdeal Candidate\nAn experienced electrical engineer with strong expertise in UPS systems and critical power solutions, capable of designing cost-effective, reliable, and scalable power infrastructure while supporting business development and project delivery activities.\nWhat’s in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\nHybrid work arrangement (New Ways of Working)\n…and more!\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
