You'll lead daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards.\nWhat will you do?\nEnforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.\nEnforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.\nOptimize daily/weekly workload balance/resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities).\nAdjust MPH (material providing and handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems, (LDS, DISS, etc.).\nEnsure management of the logistics process receiving goods>stocking>picking> material handling>shipping finished goods and wastes.\nSynchronize support function on short term actions.\nOrganize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined.\nManage warehouse processes performance and team according to SPS/SIM rules and cycle event of the plant.\nDeploy & implement SC Planning Central team guidelines for inventory management.\nEnsure inventory accuracy with permanent alignment between operations & inventory (IT data & physical situation).\nManage yearly appraisal of all hourly employees within scope.\nMonitor and analyze logistics costs.\nWho will you report to?\nSupply Chain Manager\nWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. \nMinimum 5 years’ warehouse/logistics management experience in Logistics/Industrial field.\nSAP proficient\nAbility to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.\nUnderstanding of accounting or finance.\nMust be able to comprehend legal documents.\nStrong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
