You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize material flow, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance safety, service levels, productivity, inventory management, and employee engagement, in our Rojo Gómez plant in Mexico City.\nA typical day for you might include:\nSafety\nChampion a zero-incident culture through proactive risk identification and mitigation.\nLead warehouse safety improvement projects focused on ergonomics, material handling, traffic flow, and workplace organization.\nSupport safety audits, investigations, and corrective action implementation.\nPromote 5S and safe working practices throughout warehouse operations.\nQuality\nImprove inventory accuracy and transactional compliance.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions using Lean problem-solving methodologies.\nStandardize warehouse processes to reduce variation and operational defects.\nSupport compliance with quality management standards and internal controls.\nService Level\nEnsure material availability to support manufacturing and customer requirements.\nImprove warehouse responsiveness and order fulfillment performance.\nDrive initiatives focused on OTIF (On Time InFull), inventory reliability, and operational flow.\nCollaborate with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to remove service constraints.\nProductivity & Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nDesign and optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and internal material flows.\nLead Kaizen events and Lean projects focused on waste elimination and productivity improvement.\nEvaluate business cases, warehouse investments, and automation opportunities.\nLeverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.\nTalent Development\nFacilitate continuous improvement workshops and training programs.\nMentor warehouse teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement.\nSupport capability building and succession planning initiatives.\nThis may be the next step in your career journeyif you have:\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, process improvement, or supply chain excellence.\nProven experience leading continuous improvement projects and delivering measurable results.\nExperience working in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume logistics environments.\nTechnical Skills\nLean Manufacturing certification (Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus).\nKaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nWarehouse Design and Layout Optimization.\nCapacity Planning and Storage Strategies.\nMaterial Handling Processes and Equipment.\n3PL Management and Logistics Operations.\nSAP S/4HANA, MAPICS, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.\nPower BIor Tableauknowledge preferred.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\n What's in it for you?
