In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory, issuing, and shipping activities while ensuring operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nYou will lead a team in delivering high standards of productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and logistics performance while supporting Schneider Electric's world-class supply chain operations.\nWhat will you do?\nWarehouse Operations Management\nSupervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, material issuing, and shipping.\nEnsure smooth warehouse operations to support on-time delivery and production continuity.\nDrive inventory accuracy and maintain compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.\nMonitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize material flow.\nReceiving & Inventory Management\nEnsure incoming materials match purchase orders and delivery requirements.\nImprove receiving efficiency and lead times.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support cycle count activities.\nEnsure compliance with FIFO and inventory control practices.\nShipping & Customer Service\nOversee shipment preparation and outbound logistics activities.\nEnsure products are packed, labeled, and shipped according to customer requirements.\nMinimize shipping delays and improve shipping accuracy.\nSupport customer satisfaction through reliable logistics execution.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.\nIdentify talent and support succession planning initiatives.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nConduct training and competency development programs.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.\nMaintain warehouse housekeeping standards and facility readiness.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.\nSupport internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.\nSupport warehouse development and new product transfer projects.\nParticipate in operational excellence and lean initiatives.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.\nExperience leading operational teams in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control.\nPreferred Skills\nWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nLeadership and people management skills.\nGood communication skills in English.\nKnowledge of logistics operations, health & safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is:\nCustomer-focused and results-driven.\nA strong team leader with excellent organizational skills.\nCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPassionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nCommitted to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.\nWhat’s in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\nHybrid work arrangement (New Ways of Working)\n…and more!\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
