email support relating to maintaining Schneider Geospatial’s web products.\nRespond to client calls and emails in a timely manner.\nRemotely connect to client machines to assist with Data ETL connection issues.\nAnalyse client issues, troubleshoot the problem, and implement the solution.\nDocument and record case communications.\nManage multiple cases simultaneously.\nAbility to verbally communicate clearly with client over the phone in the English language.\nGood communication, enunciation, and grammar skills (in the English language) are highly important.\nEssential Skills\nDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.\nProviding on-call support for multiple applications.\nStrong work ethic and proactive approach.\nFriendly, personable, and quick to establish rapport with clients.\nEfficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nQualifications\nExperience reading/writing Structured Query Language (SQL)\nExperience with reading/writing basic script programs (Python)\nExperience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.\nDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn new skills.\nExperience reading/writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a strong plus\nStrong desire to successfully and enthusiastically support software that is being used to solve customer problems.\nExperience with local government (county and municipal) operations, especially pertaining to land assessment and taxation, infrastructure and asset management.\nExperience with Schneider Geospatial’s software products, a strong plus.\nExperience with GIS, specifically ESRI ArcGIS products, is a
