optimisation, enterprise data integration and production platform operations.\nWe are looking for an engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of complex workflows—from solution design and development to deployment, performance tuning and production support—while ensuring data integrity, operational resilience and efficient processing at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvanced Alteryx Workflow Engineering\nDesign, develop and maintain complex ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx Designer.\nBuild reusable Standard, Batch and Iterative Macros, along with Analytic Apps.\nImplement sophisticated data transformations, business rules, dynamic inputs/outputs, reconciliation and data-quality controls.\nDevelop scalable workflows capable of handling complex, multi-source and high-volume datasets.\nPerformance Engineering and Troubleshooting\nOptimise workflow execution time, memory utilisation and processing efficiency.\nApply AMP Engine tuning, In-DB processing, database pushdown and efficient data transformation techniques.\nDiagnose workflow failures, schema mismatches, data conversion issues and connectivity problems.\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring production incidents.\nAlteryx Server and Platform Operations\nDeploy, publish, schedule, monitor and maintain production workflows using Alteryx Server or Alteryx One, as applicable.\nManage workflow dependencies, versioning, credentials, permissions and execution monitoring.\nTroubleshoot scheduling failures, resource constraints, execution queues and platform connectivity.\nSupport platform stability, environment management and controlled deployments.\nSQL and Enterprise Data Integration\nDevelop complex SQL queries using joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions and data-validation logic.\nIntegrate Alteryx with Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and other enterprise data sources.\nWork with APIs and structured or semi-structured data, including JSON, XML, CSV and Excel.\nImplement incremental processing, duplicate detection, data reconciliation and automated reporting pipelines.\nIdentity and Access Management\nSupport Alteryx integration with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity-management systems.\nConfigure and troubleshoot SCIM-based user and group provisioning, including synchronisation and deprovisioning.\nCollaborate with IAM and infrastructure teams on role-based access, permissions, authentication and audit requirements.\nProduction Ownership and Stakeholder Collaboration\nOwn technical delivery across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.\nMaintain technical specifications, source-to-target mappings, workflow documentation and operational runbooks.\nCollaborate with Investor Operations, Client Reporting, application teams and enterprise technology stakeholders.\nCommunicate technical findings, risks, root causes and remediation plans clearly and proactively.\nMandatory Technical Requirements\nCandidates must demonstrate the following:\nExperience: 6–12 years of relevant professional experience.\nAlteryx certification: Valid Alteryx Designer Core Certification or higher — mandatory.\nAlteryx Designer: Advanced, hands-on experience developing complex production workflows.\nMacros: Practical experience developing Standard, Batch and Iterative Macros.\nPerformance optimisation: Strong understanding of AMP Engine, memory utilisation, efficient processing and workflow tuning.\nSQL and ETL/ELT: Strong hands-on SQL development, data transformation, integration and reconciliation.\nPlatform operations: Experience deploying, scheduling, monitoring and supporting workflows on Alteryx Server or Alteryx One.\nProduction support: Proven troubleshooting, incident resolution and root-cause analysis capabilities.\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business and technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications and Additional Skills\nAlteryx Designer Advanced or Expert Certification.\nExperience in Private Equity, Investment Management, Investor Operations or Client Reporting.\nAdministration of Alteryx Server components, including Gallery, Controller, Worker and Scheduler.\nAlteryx One / Alteryx Analytics Cloud administration.\nMicrosoft Entra ID, SCIM 2.0 and enterprise identity provisioning.\nPython and Pandas for data processing and automation.\nSnowflake integration and SQL performance optimisation.\nAlteryx Server APIs, REST APIs and workflow orchestration.\nGit-based version control and CI/CD practices.\nExperience with financial data reconciliation, data governance and audit controls.\nWhat We Value\nWe value engineers who
