The Portfolio Advisor performs outreach, consults with the customer about their current ownership or lease status, and reviews available options to trade-in, purchase or lease a new vehicle. **Portfolio advisors may perform the below duties for leased cars only, pre-owned vehicles only, or both, depending on store and portfolio**\nResponsibilities:\nPerform outreach to portfolio customers to explore potential trade-ins, lease options, new vehicle options or to discuss their equity position.\nBuild rapport and nurture relationships with customers through personalized communication channels including phone calls, email, or messaging.\nSchedule personalized consultation appointments with customers.\nConduct thorough evaluations of customer’s current vehicles, including service histories, Carfax reports and use of valuation tools, in order to determine vehicle value and upgrade options.\nGuide customers through the vehicle selection process and financing/leasing options, facilitating a seamless transition to a new vehicle.\nThoroughly explain financing or leasing terms, options and offer financial protection packages to enhance the ownership experience. \nMaintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales/leasing process, delivering exceptional service and support.\nGenerate required documentation for the vehicle purchase/lease.
