You willbe immersed in Schonfeld’s collaborative culture, working alongside cybersecurity professionals on impactful, real-world projects addressing today’s most pressing threats. \nThe Cybersecurity Department at Schonfeld is dedicated to safeguarding the firm’s data, assets, and reputation from both internal and external threats, while securely enabling the business to innovate and grow in an increasingly complex threat landscape.It includes Security Engineering, Security Operations,Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams.The Cybersecurity Operations team is seeking a hands-on individual who sets the standard for incident response, threat management and risk mitigation while driving continuous improvement of our security controls. \nWhat You’llDo \nIncident Response - Prepare for and assistin incident response. \nThreat Monitoring - Continuous review of security alerts in partnership with vendors. \nThreat Hunting - Identify previously undetected attacks. Feed detection pipelineand improve security posture. \nThreat Intelligence - Analyze and incorporate actionable intel within detection, monitoringand hunting disciplines. Track and model adversaries to focusprogram activities. \nVulnerability Management - Monitor internal/external attack surface, validatevulnerabilities, and prioritize remediation. \nSecurity Posture - Assess risk of changes to IT and security systems. Maintain coverage of controls and implement preventative/detective measures. Conduct risk assessments. \nThreat Detection - Introduce new and enhance existing rules. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated.
