We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Planner to help create and deliver engaging events across the School of Coding & AI.\nThis is an entry level opportunity to build your experience in event planning, marketing and project coordination. You'll be involved in a variety of events, from student open days and workshops to recruitment fairs, networking sessions and internal company activities.\nWorking alongside colleagues across the business, you'll help bring events to life, develop relationships with suppliers and partners, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the initial planning stages through to the day itself.\nNo previous professional event planning experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the drive to make things happen.\nWhat you'll be doing\nPlan and coordinate events: Support the organisation of events from initial ideas and preparation through to delivery. \nManage the details: Help arrange venues, catering, equipment, materials and other event requirements.\nBuild working relationships: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, venues and external partners to keep everything on track.\nKeep things organised: Maintain event schedules, budgets, checklists, bookings and attendance records.\nSupport promotion: Assist with invitations, guest registration, email communications and promotional content, working alongside the branding team where needed.\nBring events to life: Prepare event spaces, welcome attendees and provide practical support on the day.\nLearn and improve: Gather feedback, review what worked well and help make future events even better. \nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\nWe are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in supporting events and activities.
