Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.\nPay Range:\n$112,185.00 - $179,496.00Scheduled Weekly Hours:\n40What You’ll Be Doing\nIndependently design, develop, and enhance moderately to complex ServiceNow applications based on detailed functional and technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, debugging, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support activities across the application lifecycle.\nDevelop, implement, maintain, and resolve application and system issues using established SchoolsFirst FCU and credit union development standards, with minimal supervision.\nBuild new ServiceNow application components to meet user and business requirements, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications using tables, profiles, and vendor-supplied tools to implement approved enhancements and changes.\nAdhere to general and credit union specific coding standards, SDLC practices, and SchoolsFirst FCU’s Agile methodology.\nCreate and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for new solutions and enhancements to existing applications.\nTest and debug new and existing application software, including solutions developed by other team members, to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability, performance, and completeness.\nDemonstrate the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and become proficient in new technologies, tools, and development standards. Stay current on emerging technologies and ServiceNow platform advancements through research, training, and collaboration with peers and industry professionals.\nProvide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required to ensure platform stability and reliability.\nAdditional Job Functions\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
