Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.\nPay Range:\n$78,419.00 - $117,628.00Scheduled Weekly Hours:\n40What You’ll Be Doing\nSupervises department staff, ensuring that Members receive prompt, accurate, high quality services. Resolves Member issues and account problems.\nEnsures that Member Service Representatives (MSRs) deliver high quality service by providing daily support, including answering questions and problem resolution. Ensures that all MSRs have adequate supplies to complete their daily function.\nContributes to department goals by managing high volumes through planning and coordinating staffing. Identifies initiatives for enhancements in productivity.\nProcesses Member transactions and provides product and service information such as opening new shares and quoting savings and loan rates.\nProvides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services and ensures that teammembers are providing consultative services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.\nAdditional Job Functions\nSupervises teammembers directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation. Responsible for scheduling teammembers.\nHelps establish, communicate and achieve the Credit Union’s goals and standards, ensuring these are fully communicated to and understood by all department teammembers. \nIdentifies areas to streamline department and Credit Union operations. \nComplies with all government regulatory policies, internal policies and procedures, audit standards, remains current on and informed of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and apprises teammembers.\nMay act in the capacity of the Manager in their absence.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
