This position focuses on providing technical expertise, developing tailored lighting solutions, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives that drive key account development, segment expansion, and the retention of existing business.\nMain responsibilities within the job (non-exhaustive list):\nProduce lighting calculations primarily using Lighting Reality and Dialux software.\nCreate high-quality visual renders, concept proposals, and customer-facing presentations.\nConduct site demonstrations to showcase product performance and application.\nAttend customer meetings and technical discussions, representing the company professionally.\nProvide accurate and timely technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.\nUndertake site surveys, including detailed lux level assessments.\nParticipate in and deliver presentations at lighting seminars, exhibitions, and customer CPD events\n Knowledge and Skills:\nExperience in a similar role, but training will be given\nStrong customer focus with the ability to build credible, lasting relationships.\nExcellent communication skills.\nCommercial awareness and a proactive attitude toward achieving business objectives.\nTarget-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering results.\nEffective time-management and organisational capabilities.\nStrong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\nPrevious experience in the lighting industry is highly desirable.\nProject management abilities, with experience handling multiple concurrent tasks.\nEngineering- or design-based
