Let’s light up the future together!\n Join Schréder and help bring projects to life!\nAt Schréder, we are passionate about creating smart and sustainable lighting solutions that improve the quality of life in cities and communities around the world.\nWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Project Coordinator to support our sales and project teams by ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and projects from quotation through delivery.\nIf you enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving challenges, and keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat will you do?\nCoordinate customer orders and projects throughout their lifecycle\nPrepare and manage quotations, orders, and related documentation\nAct as a key contact between customers, sales teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders\nTrack deliveries and project milestones to ensure timely execution\nSupport procurement and logistics activities\nHandle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution\nMaintain accurate information in ERP and CRM systems\nPrepare reports and support project performance tracking\nContribute to continuous process improvements and operational excellence\n Required Profile\nExperience in project coordination, order management, sales support, logistics, customer service, or a similar role\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nCustomer-oriented and solution-focused mindset\nConfident English communication skills, both written and verbal & fluent in Hungarian \nGood MS Office skills, especially Excel\nAdditional Key Success Factors\nExperience working in an international environment\nERP/CRM system knowledge\nExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, or project-based businesses\n At Schréder Hungary, every employee is valued for their skill set.
