This role follows established procedures to ensure consistent product flow while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOperate and monitor processing equipment according to standard operating procedures to support production requirements.\nFollow production schedules, recipes, and work instructions to ensure accurate processing and product consistency.\nPerform required process checks, quality checks, and documentation to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.\nMonitor equipment performance and process conditions, making routine adjustments within defined parameters.\nIdentify and report equipment issues, process deviations, or safety concerns to leaders or maintenance partners.\nPerform routine cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping tasks to maintain food safety and workplace standards.\nHandle raw materials, ingredients, or in-process product safely and accurately according to procedures.\nSupport changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and other routine production activities.\nWork collaboratively with other partners to maintain steady workflow and meet production goals.\nFollow all safety, food safety, and quality policies, including PPE, GMPs, PCPs, and CCPs as applicable.\nParticipate in required training and certification activities.\nComplete other production-related tasks as assigned.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.\nAbility to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate processing equipment.\nAbility to accurately complete production and quality documentation.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.\nAbility to work independently with routine supervision.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to defined
