Trabajar para mantener buenas condiciones de higiene en las instalaciones.\nRealizar la validación de Neptune según el programa validado por Sanitarian. Verificar la higiene de los circuitos desmontando diferentes puntos después del CIP.\nControlar los valores de concentración, tiempo, temperatura y caudal del CIP. Entender cómo evaluar pulsos, inspección visual, ATP y microhisopado.
