This role follows established procedures to maintain product quality, food safety, and continuous production flow while working under general supervision.\nWhat you’ll do\nOperate and monitor bulk milk coolers and related dairy processing equipment according to standard operating procedures, production schedules, and quality requirements.\nMonitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and agitation levels, making routine adjustments within established limits.\nPerform pre-operational checks, equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers using standard checklists and procedures.\nReceive, weigh, and sample incoming raw milk, accurately recording results and reporting quality concerns or deviations.\nExecute Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation activities in compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.\nComplete production logs, batch records, temperature charts, and required documentation accurately and on time.\nIdentify and report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and quality issues;
