You can even see Lambeau Field from our top floor.\nWhat you'll do:\nWork with key business stakeholders to define current challenges and opportunities and integrate business information and data into appropriate models and tools to support the development of solutions.\nConduct data analysis to uncover trends and insights.\nDevelop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques on Azure's Databricks platform.\nCollaborate with team members and utilize data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI to present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.\nCollaborate, coach, and develop team of citizen Data Scientists\nWork collaboratively with the Business Analytics and Insights team and support data analytics strategy. \nCollaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of Informatica-based ETL processes into Azure's Data Factory.\nTransform and cleanse data using Databricks to ensure data accuracy and quality within the data lake.\nApply expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems and optimize decision-making processes.\nLearn and work with Schreiber business systems and key Quality Systems processes to support and drive continuous improvement.\nStay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, and proactively suggest innovative solutions for enhancing our data science capabilities.\nTogether with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nBachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field\n2+ years experience in information technology, manufacturing and quality systems\nStrong analytical ability and passion for problem-solving with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure's Data Factory and Databricks.\nExperience with a variety of data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with ETL processes and tools, particularly Informatica.\nExpertise in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus. \nAbility to travel up to 15%\nEligible partners will receive:\n Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
