This role applies reliability methodologies, supports maintenance planning and execution, and partners with operations and maintenance teams to improve asset performance and reduce equipment downtime.\nWhat you’ll do\nExecute site and corporate reliability processes to improve the reliability and performance of plant assets.\nAnalyze maintenance and equipment data to identify reliability issues, failure trends, and improvement opportunities.\nFacilitate root cause failure analysis and reliability-centered maintenance activities and support implementation of corrective actions.\nMonitor preventive and corrective maintenance execution to ensure work quality and equipment effectiveness.\nAssist with prioritization of maintenance work orders in partnership with operations and maintenance teams.\nCoordinate daily reliability activities and support scheduling and execution of reliability-related tasks.\nParticipate in the development, review, and improvement of maintenance procedures, plans, and master data.\nSupport interactions with equipment vendors and original equipment manufacturers to enhance reliability and safety.\nEnsure compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and GMP requirements and follow required reaction plans.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical, vocational, or college coursework in maintenance, engineering, or computer-related fields beneficial.\nTypically requires a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance principles supporting industrial equipment reliability.\nExperience supporting or participating in reliability methodologies such as preventive maintenance, root cause failure analysis, or reliability-centered maintenance.\nAbility to analyze maintenance and equipment data and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical partners.\nComputer proficiency, including the ability to use maintenance management systems and common business software applications.\nAbility to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with maintenance, operations, vendors, and leadership teams.\nEligible partners will receive:\nEligible partners will receive:\n Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
