You will report to the Head of Fund Management in New York.\nResponsibilities\nManage six to eight private equity funds\nActing as an interface with investment companies, fund managers and investors\nPreparing quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP \nProcessing investment reports that form the basis for Schroders Capital’s client reporting\nPoint of contact for the structural, operational, and content aspects of a product line \nManaging multiple projects and duties, as assigned\nAnalyze and review information at portfolio company level ensuring accuracy, completeness and correct valuations\nManage new client and investment onboarding, and respond to client inquires.\nBasic Qualifications\nA university degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration\n2-6 years of professional experience in the Private Equity, Accounting or Finance space\nCPA is a plus\nStrong knowledge in accounting and reporting (US GAAP)\nExcellent analytical, conceptual, process-and-business-oriented skills\nAn ability to integrate rapidly and to work efficiently in a team of professionals. \nAn ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and demanding environment\nStrong discipline and attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills (written / verbal)\nExperience working with eFront is a plus\nEEO/Affirmative
