If you’re looking for opportunities that match your ambitions, you’ll find them right here in Horsham.\nWhat you'll do\nAccountable for allocated portfolios, proactive investigation and timely follow up of queries arising from internal stakeholders, clients, counterparties, custodians and administrators\n\nPerform custody transaction and position reconciliation against internal records\n\nMaintain ownership of daily cash and stock breaks by conducting investigation on differences, and monitoring through timely resolution with processing teams and custodians/administrators\n\nValidate and update internal records with relevant transactions, such as fees and income\n\nDaily reconciliation of Treasury trade confirmation\n\nRequesting statements of holdings and balances from custodians and fund transfer agents\n\nManaging the accuracy and continuity of data within the supported systems\n\nWork through high volumes, prioritise, and manage workload according to risk or deadlines\n\nEscalate potential problems before they become a risk\n\nMeet all deadlines and ensure procedures and controls are fully implemented\n\nAssist reviewing and update procedures, implement improvements and enforce stringent controls\n\nEscalate potential problems before they become a risk\n\nMeet the needs of our business partners and internal clients establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal functions and external counterparts\n\nContribute to department initiatives and projects.\n\nThe knowledge, experience and qualifications you need\nBroad experience in asset or wealth management operations, specifically Securities Administration and reconciliation;\n\nInvestment Operations Certificate (IOC) or equivalent;\n\nA strong attention to detail is required;\n\nGood at analysing and solving problems;\n\nExperience in using Temenos platform (T24) desirable;\n\nExperience is using Smart Stream Corona;\n\nIntermediate experience of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;\nThe knowledge, experience and qualifications that’ll help\nFocused on clients and delivery, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion;\nDedicated to your role, the success of the team and business through a proactive approach to ensure a positive client experience;\n\nExcellent time management, recognising the importance of being punctual to support team reliability and productivity;\n\nA strong collaborator and a good communicator with people skills who takes a wider interest in other activities on the team and business, offering support wherever possible;\n\nOpen to feedback, receptive to change, continually looks out for team and self improvement opportunities.\n\nAble to navigate through change and maintain an innovative culture.\nWe Recognise Potential, Whoever You Are\nOur purpose is to deliver excellent investment performance to clients through active management.
