Partnering closely with teams across the company to understand business needs, design scalable solutions, improve data integrity, and deliver reliable systems and integrations, you’ll lead complex projects, troubleshoot critical production issues, influence technical direction, and mentor other team members.\nWho will love this job:\nAn experienced software engineer who can make sound technical decisions, lead high-impact work, communicate risks early, and deliver solutions that support both immediate business needs and long-term system health\nAn excellent communicator and collaborator who enjoys building consensus across business teams.\nA proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who loves continuously improving\nAn independent manager with a track record of successfully leading complex projects or initiatives from planning through delivery\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead complex business application projects, from requirements and design through implementation and support.\nOwn NetSuite configuration, customization, integrations, and ongoing system health, including work with Coupa and other applications.\nPartner with business teams to improve workflows and deliver scalable solutions.\nTroubleshoot production issues and lead data-quality improvements.\nSet technical standards for testing, documentation, deployments, and operational support.\nCommunicate plans, risks, and decisions; support and train users.\nWhat you should have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\nSignificant experience administering, customizing, and supporting NetSuite, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.\nExperience developing and integrating enterprise applications across a polyglot environment, including JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET/C#, PHP, SQL, and web services.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS, plus Git and related development tools.\nA track record of leading application projects and resolving complex production issues.\nExperience with Coupa or similar business applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.\nPay and perks:\nSchrödinger understands it’s people that make a company great.
