The solutions built on top of these platforms fundamentally change how our customers run their businesses.\nOur Ideal Colleague Has Experience With:\nStrong professional proficiency in Dutch.\nAt least 6 years of proven commercial experience in a professional software engineering environment.\nDesigning, building and maintaining Generative AI applications, including deploying and operating them in production using Python.\nHands-on experience with GenAI frameworks, libraries or platforms such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch or FastAPI.\nWorking with Generative AI models in production environments, both open-source and proprietary, including models such as GPT, Llama and Claude.\nImplementing and optimizing core GenAI components, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies and evaluation frameworks.\nDriving architectural decisions and contributing to the long-term technical vision of a platform or product.\nLeading technology adoption and change management initiatives to ensure cutting-edge solutions deliver measurable business value.\nEveryone we work with and consider working with has a right to equal treatment.
