You will work daily within a DevOps team where your colleagues will expect you to maintain a wide overview while guarding aspects like quality, security, and planning.\nOur ideal colleague is someone who has experience with:\nPython (expert level, with solid understanding of architectural patterns)\n\nFastAPI and SQLModel\n\nRESTful API design and system integrations\n\nAWS (security, performance, and reliability best practices)\n\nAWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code\n\nGitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines\n\nWriting production-ready, testable, and maintainable backend code\n\nStrong understanding of security practices and cloud architecture principles\n\nTaking ownership of code from development through deployment and operations\n\nAffinity for mentoring mid-level developers in a self-steering context\n\nFluency in Dutch required\n\nNice to have:\nAWS platform certification\n\nExperience with commercial or financial systems\n\nFamiliarity with ERP integrations (AFAS, Dynamics, or similar)\n\nBackground in building internal platforms or tooling\n\nExperience working in self-steering or holacratic environments\n\nUnderstanding of subscription, pricing, or billing systems\n\nEveryone we work with and consider working with has a right to equal treatment.
