You will operate CNC equipment, inspect finished parts, and help maintain the quality standards our customers depend on.\nHOW YOU WILL DO IT\nOperate CNC machines, grinders, mills, and similar equipment in accordance with prints and specifications\nProduce required quantities of parts within established tolerances\nMeasure finished parts with precision tools (micrometer, caliper, height gauge) to ensure compliance with quality specs\nConduct quality inspections using calipers, tapes, check fixtures, and drop gauges\nInspect equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic adjustments and maintenance\nObserve machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining\nMaintain logs of units produced including any rejected or discarded pieces\nConsult with quality assurance to identify and resolve out-of-tolerance issues\nFollow ISO quality procedures and maintain cleanliness using 5S process\nMaintain a safe work environment in compliance with MIOSHA regulations\nWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU\nBasic requirements:\nPrior related experience and/or training preferred, with reliable work history\nKnowledge of design techniques and principles for precision technical plans and blueprints (preferred)\nBasic computer skills including familiarity with inventory and order processing systems\nPhysical requirements:\nProlonged periods on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive bending and stooping\nLift and move materials up to 50 lbs.\nVisual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts\nAble to work in noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US\nCompetitive pay, plus bonuses, and benefits package\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM; overtime as needed\nWeekly pay\n16 days of PTO in your first year\n401(k) with match starting Day 1\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hire\nHSA with company contribution of up to $1,500, FSA, and wellness premium discount\nCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement\nPet insurance, healthcare concierge services, EAP, and more!\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work expected.
