Experience and skills you will need:

• Deep practical experience in developing complex n8n workflows, robust API integration (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks), and writing custom nodes (TypeScript/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience in building autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, as well as working confidently with RAG architectures, popular LLMs, and vector databases for semantic data processing.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, common web frameworks) to build our internal info portal. You develop backend logic and frontends for user dashboards and automated self-service functionalities around n8n.
• Ownership of the n8n platform on the application level, taking charge of workflow governance, feature development, access control, and API management.

• You are an engineer at heart. Your strengths lie in coding, designing complex architectures, and end-to-end problem-solving across the entire stack.
• You work independently and methodically, successfully driving features from the initial idea to production-ready code.
• You proactively explore and evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks, integrating them meaningfully into our automation platform.
