Trage auch du zur digitalen Entscheidungsfreiheit in Europa bei.\nAls Channel Development Manager (m/w/d) bist Du dafür verantwortlich, innovative Softwareanbieter (ISVs) erfolgreich auf der STACKIT-Plattform zu kommerzialisieren. Du verwandelst technische Integrationen in marktfähige Angebote und sorgst dafür, dass Partnerlösungen schnell und skalierbar über den STACKIT Marketplace sowie unsere Vertriebsorganisation verkauft werden können. Dabei arbeitest trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, das führende europäische souveräne Software-Ökosystem aufzubauen.\nDeine Mission\nISV-Kommerzialisierung: Du verwandelst technische Partner-Integrationen in marktfähige Angebote und entwickelst gemeinsame Go-to-Market-Strategien für den STACKIT Marketplace und den Vertrieb.\nGeschäftsmodelle & Verträge: Du gestaltest Pricing-, Rabatt- und Billing-Modelle, definierst Reseller-Konditionen und steuerst die internen Freigaben mit Legal, Finance und Procurement.\nMarketplace & SKU Management: Du nimmst ISV-Lösungen in das STACKIT-Portfolio auf, pflegst sie in die Preisliste ein und sicherst reibungslose Abrechnungsprozesse.\nSales Enablement: Du aktivierst den Vertrieb mit Sales Plays, Battlecards sowie Trainingsmaterialien und unterstützt gemeinsame Marketingkampagnen.\nStakeholdermanagement: Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um das europäische Cloud-Ökosystem auszubauen.\nDein Profil\n Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Partner-, Alliance- oder Channel-Management (Erfahrung bei einem Value Added Distributor ist ein Plus).\nKnow-how: Fundiertes Verständnis von SaaS-, Cloud- und Subscription-Modellen sowie im Aufbau von Reseller- oder Marketplace-Strukturen.\nExpertise: Erfahrungen in Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen sowie Kenntnisse in Billing und Commercial Operations.\nKompetenzen: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke gepaart mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke.\n Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden
