CEO und CFO), dem Chief of Staff- Team und allen Fachbereichen zusammen. Neben dem operativen Tagesgeschäft gewinnst du spannende Einblicke in strategische Projekte.\nDeine Aufgaben\nPlane und koordiniere Termine, Meetings und Gremienformate für CEO & CFO- inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung\nUnterstützte das Management Office bei der Koordination strategischer Projekte und bereite Projekttermine sowie Workshops vor \nErstelle und überarbeite Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und prüfe diese auf Vollständigkeit, Verständlichkeit sowie eine einheitliche Darstellung\nBehalte Kalender und Postfächer im Blick, bereite Korrespondenzen vor und koordiniere organisatorischen Anliegen von Dienstreisen und weiteren Buchungen\nSteuere das Office Management von Bestellungen für Catering, Technik und Büromaterial bis zur Organisation von\nUnterstütze bei der Organisation von unseren IPAI- und Teamevents\nDein Profil\nDu hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit\nDu stehst am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn und möchtest sowohl organisatorische Aufgaben als auch die Zuarbeit im Management Office übernehmen\nDu zeichnest dich durch dein Organisationstalent, deine Diskretion und dein Auge fürs Detail aus\nDu hast Freude daran, Informationen, Präsentation und Unterlagen verständlich als auch übersichtlich und ansprechend zu gestalten\nDu kommunizierst auf Deutsch und Englisch klar, professionell und situationsgerecht\nDu gehst sicher mit gängigen digitalen Tools wie z.B.
