We act future proof!\n\nThe impact you will create:\n\nOwn the Valkey/SQLServer Integration: You will lead the technical design, architecture, and integration of our Valkey(and Redis-compatible)/SQLServer managed service into our sovereign cloud ecosystem.\n\nAutomation & DBaaS: You will drive the automation of deployment, replication, backup, and patching processes, turning complex caching infrastructure into a seamless „self-service“ model controlled via Golang-based REST/gRPC APIs.\n\nSystem Design & Scale: You will design robust, highly available, and fault-tolerant caching solutions, proactively optimizing configurations and capacity to scale with customer demand.\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership: We live by „You build it, you run it.“ You will accompany your services from the first line of code through Kubernetes orchestration to incident analysis (Post-Mortems).\n\nTechnical Leadership: You will guide the technical direction of the product and mentor team members, raising the bar for engineering excellence and modern SRE practices.\n\nMust Haves:\n\nStrong System Design Foundations: You understand how to architect distributed, scalable, and highly available systems.\n\nBackend & API Engineering: Strong foundation in software engineering and clean API development (REST, gRPC), with a proven track record of controlling infrastructure.
