Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests, ensuring software reaches production with maximum stability and confidence.\nDirect Collaboration with Discovery: Partner directly with our Product Designer and Product Data Analyst without relying on managers as bridges.\nContinuous Delivery & Vertical Slicing: Break down complex epics into small, functional slices supported by feature flags, maintaining a steady, predictable delivery pace across parallel products.\nConstructive Conflict & Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews across frontend and backend, providing constructive, rigorous, and empathetic technical feedback.\nYour Profile\nSolid Experience with React Native & TypeScript: At least 3 - 4 years designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android.\nBackend & API Development Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services, preferably in C# / .NET.\nAutomated Testing Across the Stack: Practical experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, xUnit/NUnit).\nTechnical Pragmatism (KISS / YAGNI): Balanced judgment between clean, extensible architecture and delivering fast, iterative business value without over-engineering.\nAssertive Technical Communication: Ability to articulate technical decisions with data, defend estimations constructively, and participate comfortably in technical debates\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment environments.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.\nHands-on experience working with shared design systems and component libraries.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).\nUnderstanding of observability, tracing, and metric visualization (Prometheus, Grafana).\nPractical familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio, a clear understanding of the native bridge / NitroModules, and native integration.\nWe look forward to receiving your application.\n[[recruiterName]]· Reference no.
