Your goal is creating automation so powerful that our scale multiplies without increasing manual operational effort.\nDatabase Administration & Development: Oversee PostgreSQL databases at both the development and administration levels, optimizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting complex database challenges at a massive scale.\nProduct Ownership: Take technical responsibility for the PostgreSQL Flex product, ensuring it matches or exceeds the capabilities of non-sovereign competitors to facilitate easy migrations for our customers.\nKubernetes Orchestration: Manage deployments, resilience, and lifecycle operations of cloud applications in a sovereign Kubernetes environment.\nYour Profile\nProfessional Experience: Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Cloud Developer, or Database Engineer, with a mindset geared toward hyperscale and rapid growth.\nProgramming Skills: Strong, hands-on programming experience in Golang\nCloud & Containerization: Deep understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, and cloud-native service operations.\nDatabase Expertise: Proven experience with PostgreSQL databases at development or administration level.
