You’ll combine technical problem-solving, process analysis, and hands-on collaboration to improve safety, quality, productivity, and the overall manufacturing experience.\nA typical day as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician (MfET) might include:\nWorking side by side with operators and engineers to uncover opportunities related to safety, ergonomics, quality, lead time, and dignity of work.\nUnderstanding product flow, identifying sources of waste, and helping design practical, effective solutions, you’ll play a key role in continuously improving how our products are made. \nThis job might be for you if:\nYou have a technical degree or equivalent hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience.\nYou have a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and a passion for improvement.\nYou enjoy solving technical problems using data, analysis, and structured problem-solving methods.\nYou have experience with manufacturing processes, quality systems, continuous improvement, or mechanical design.\nYou are comfortable working with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing tools.\nYou can manage projects, prioritize work, and drive results in a team environment.\nYou communicate effectively and collaborate well across functions.\nYou are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.\nIt is a plus if you have:\nStrong process analysis and improvement experience.\nHave worked with a wide variety of manufacturing technologies such as collaborative robotics, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, etc.\nPhysical Requirements\nLift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally\nReach, bend, twist\nSit and stand for at least 8 hours\nVision correctable to 20/30 or better and ability to differentiate colors\nProficient in the use of computer keyboard devices\nAbout our team:\nThe Manufacturing Engineering team partners with our Research and Development and Manufacturing facilities to design and manufacture new products.
