If you are looking for an opportunity to work with an experienced team for a growing company, then this position is for you!\nAs a Property Maintenance Specialist II, a typical day might include the following:\nWith guidance, perform daily custodial maintenance duties of basic complexity including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal, and appropriate response to requests as needed.\nAssist with routine floor care including stripping, sealing/waxing hard floors, carpet spotting, and extraction.\nEnsure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; perform routine maintenance as requested.\nFollow and continuously improve workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities. \nThis job might be for you if you:\nAre highly motivated and consider yourself a go getter.\nHave the ability to perform basic repairs including carpentry, painting, and equipment installation.\nHave 2 years of experience in maintaining and cleaning commercial facilities.\nAre able reach, bend, grip, twist, stand for at least 8 hours, and lift and maneuver 40 pounds frequently.\nPossess a valid driver’s license.\nLocation Information\nPullman, WA - This position is located in Pullman, WA.
