Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.\n2. Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.\n3. Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.\n4. Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.\n5. Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.\n6. Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.\n7. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.\n8. Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.\n9. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.\n10. Understand. Create. Simplify.\n11. Other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related professional experience\nDemonstrated ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines of candidates for various positions and levels\nAbility to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data\nStrong organizational skills related to managing up to 30 positions at a time\nStrong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills\nBackground check results satisfactory to SEL\nNegative drug test result(s)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in technical recruiting environment\nApplicant Tracking tools (ATS) tools experience\nPay Range Data\n$33.00 - $50.00 per hour. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor.
